Peanut Butter Fudge

Granny's Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 8 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease a glass plate or baking dish with a small amount of butter. 

  2. Put peanut butter and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl and set aside.

  3. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan.

  4. Add sugar and milk and bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes. 

  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla. 

  6. Pour mixture over peanut butter and marshmallow fluff and stir well until mixed thoroughly. 

  7. Pour into greased dish and let set for 1 hour. Refrigerate if you need it to set faster. 

  8. Cut into squares or eat it with a spoon if it's raining outside. :)
